Do you outsource your graphic design services?
NIRAY LLC offers professional website and graphic design services to all of our clients.
Our designers are Tracey & Ernisha Hall we do not outsource any of our design work. The owners, Ernisha & Tracey are experienced graphic designers and create files that work for NIRAY’s print production process.
Do I receive a copy of my editable art work files?
NIRAY is able to keep our prices competitive and affordable by storing all artwork on our server. After your graphic design order has been placed, you may receive all original, editable artwork files at an ADDITIONAL cost. Presently our prices do not reflect the distribution of layered PSD or AI files, however this is an option available, per individual request. The price varies based on the design type, i.e. logo, brochure, flyer, menu, post card, invitation, etc. This allows for fast and easy modifications and repeat future orders. (Due to copyright laws, we are not able to supply downloaded stock photos or fonts).
Do I have to print with NIRAY or can I print your designs anywhere?
At this time, we are unable to design for printers other than ourselves due to differences in prepress setup, color process, equipment, and paper stocks that may result in unexpected or unintended outcomes. With that being said, any of our designs can be printed with your printer of choice, however we can not gaurantee the print quality of another company.
Do you offer refunds?
Ernisha & Tracey communicate directly with each client to ensure we have a complete understanding of your preferences and needs. Although we are available via telephone, we request that all edits and changes be submitted in writing. If you are not happy with your design, we are happy to work with you again to get it correct at no additional charge or receive a company credit. We do not provide cash or credit refunds at this time.
How many revisions do I get with my design?
Design fees include initial design and up to three rounds of revisions. After three rounds of revisions, additional design time is charged at $50 per hour, billed in half-hour increments.
How do I submit my feedback for revisions?
Clients will work directly with Ernisha & Tracey. Phone calls regarding website design and graphic design services are by appointment only. Please email all revisions to help cut down on typos and ensure that designers have a clear point of reference.
